Proposal to amend para. 5.4.2.3. to specify that where automatic deactivation of the AEBS function is a consequence of the driver manually switching off the ESC function of the vehicle, this deactivation of the ESC shall require at least two deliberate actions by the driver, and renumber Footnotes 2 through 8.
