11. The experts from GTB tabled proposals for amendments to the Consolidated Resolution on the Common Specification of Light Source Categories (R.E.5) that aimed to introduce new LED light source categories L2 and L3 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2026/15 and GRE-94-12). GRE adopted the proposals and mandated the secretariat to submit them to WP.29 for consideration at its November 2026 session.
