The representative of the Netherlands, Chair of the Fast and Smart Charging (F&SC) cluster, introduced GRPE-94-08, GRPE-94-09 and GRPE-94-53.The representative of Japan and OICA expressed concerns about the inclusion of the charging window from 80% to 100% State of charge in the KPIs, citing potential safety concerns. The Chair of the F&SC confirmed discussions were still on-going and hoped to find a way forward in the near future.

74. The secretariat informed GRPE that E-mobility Europe recently took up the role of secretariat to F&SC, previously performed by UNECE secretariat on a temporary basis.
