100. The representative of Germany, co-Chair of the informal working group on UN GTR No. 9, introduced the third progress report (WP.29-158-28). He confirmed that the schedule of the group was unchanged and that drawings of the test tool were already under examination by the experts for their inclusion in the Mutual Resolution once the draft UN GTR would be adopted. He announced the intention of the group to start the examination of injury criteria at the next meeting scheduled on 5-6 December 2012 in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. AC.3 requested the secretariat to distribute WP.29-158-28 with an official symbol for consideration at the next session and adopted the second progress report (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2012/120). |
