GRPE-adopted proposal to amend GTR No. 5 to clarify a number of concerns identified by the EC during the preparation of legislation implementing the Euro VI emission levels (i.e. Regulation (EC) 595/2009) and includes a revision of the disablement conditions proposed in 2011 for OBD systems.
