The representative of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland also proposed clarifying the wording “run cycle” in UN Regulation No. 140, as already done for several regulations at previous GRVA sessions (GRVA-23-31). GRVA adopted the proposal (see Annex IV of the session report) as a Supplement to UN Regulation No. 140 (ESC) and requested the secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration and vote at their March 2026 sessions.
