As per paragraph 4, the expert from the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which sponsors the amendment, introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2024/9 amending the UN GTR and the final report of the amendment work (GRSP-75-20-Rev.1). GRSP recommended ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2024/9, not amended, as Amendment 1 to UN GTR No. 14 and its final report GRSP-75-20-Rev.1 to the November 2024 session of AC.3.
