Submitted for consideration and vote Amendments 1 to UN GTR No. 18 – On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) systems for L-category vehicles (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2020/129, ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2020/130, and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/AC.3/36/Rev.1) were adopted on 11 November 2020 by consensus vote of the following contracting parties present and voting: Australia, Canada, China, the European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), India, Japan, Nigeria, the Russian Federation, South Africa, and the United States of America.

143. Malaysia, Norway, Tunisia and the Republic of Korea abstained from voting.
