38. The expert from OICA informed GRPE that OICA withdrew ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/2020/8 from consideration by GRPE. A recent better understanding of the issue following informal discussions with various stakeholders showed the proposal needed to be reconsidered. 39.
