Submitted for consideration and vote, the proposal for Amendment 2 to UN GTR No. 19 – Evaporative test emissions procedures for the Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedures (EVAP WLTP) (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2019/64, ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2019/65 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/AC.3/44) was adopted on 26 June 2019 by consensus vote of the following contracting parties present and voting: Australia China European Union, representing Cyprus Finland France Germany Hungary Italy Lithuania Luxembourg Netherlands Romania Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden and United Kingdom India Japan Kazakhstan Nigeria Norway Republic of Korea Russian Federation San Marino and South Africa. 143. The representatives from Canada and the United States of America abstained from voting.
