UN Global Technical Regulation No. 9: Proposal for Amendment 3

GRSP may resume consideration of Amendment 3 of the UN GTR (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2014/5) on new requirements for head form tests and the revised final report (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2012/2), pending the results of analysis from the expert of the United States of America.
