Proposal to replace the prohibition against the use of reinforced insulation for trolleybus circuits directly connected to the overhead power line with a requirement that such circuits shall be double insulated. Please note that the linked document should read “Supplement 2” in place of “Supplement 6” per notification by the WP.29 secretariat.
This proposal (WP.29/2018/20) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R107 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
