GRE will address two sets of proposals by the experts from the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) that restrict the possibility of approving a road illumination device with a manufacturer logo. These proposals are accompanied by draft amendment to UN Regulation No. 149.
GRE is invited to consider draft amendments by the expert from OICA that clarify the requirements for the activation of direction-indicator lamps, to ensure compatibility with automated systems as permitted under UN Regulation No. 171.
