Proposal to reinstate the obligation for the granting approval authority to inform corresponding authorities of other Contracting Parties before issuing an approval for an ALKS intended to operate within those corresponding markets, including evidence of ALKS competency to comply with the prevailing traffic rules (in accordance with Annex 1-Appendix 2).
