5. AC.2 met on 11 November 2024. It was chaired by Mr. Naono.

6. The WP.29 Secretary reported that:

1. AC.2 revisited informal document WP.29-194-01 and reflected on how to best reflect bodies under Informal Working Groups (IWG) such as Task Forces or Special Interest Groups.
2. AC.2 recalled discussions on amending the mandate of IWG on PTI at the last WP.29 session and that a vote on this subject might be taken by WP.29 on Thursday morning. AC.2 clarified that all WP.29 participants defined under Rule 1(a) of the WP.29 rules of procedures were eligible to participate in such vote.
3. AC.2 revisited the draft calendar of sessions for 2025 and noted the requests by Japan and China to move both the May 2025 session of GRSP and the October 2025 session of GRSG to one week later.
4. When reviewing the draft 2025 Programme of Work, AC.2 invited all GR Chairs to revisit their priorities of work of their groups, as they would build the basis for the WP.29 2025 Programme of Work.
5. AC.2 revisited the agenda for the 194th WP.29 session and recommended to
   1. Take out agenda item 4.8.20 as this is a duplication of item 4.10.1., and
   2. Consider item 4.9.8 without amendments by informal document WP.29-194-10.
6. AC.2 recommended that AC.4 would not convene.
