Proposal for Supplement 21 to the 01 series of amendments to Regulation No. 6

Proposal to delete Annex 5. The deletion of chromaticity requirements in the form of coordinates makes Annex 5 superfluous. This proposal would delete Annex 5 and insert its content into paragraph 8 while renumbering the remaining annexes.
