Proposal to:

1. define minimum safety-belt installation specifications for forward-facing seats which face a Child Restraint System in M₂ and M₃ vehicles
2. introduce definitions, requirements and a test procedure for lower tether anchorages
3. prohibit use of the Unique Identifier in place of the UN R16 approval mark, and
4. remove two exemptions for two-point belts
5. clarify the requirements for safety-belt reminder of rear seat row(s)
6. clarify:
   1. how to assess safety-belt reminder connection, in the case of removable seats and
   2. safety-belt reminder systems test procedure (first and second level warning), visual warning and requirements for safety-belt reminder of rear seat row(s).
