UN R16: Proposal for Supplement 4 to the 07 series of amendments

Proposal to correct an oversight by adding the minimum requirement for at least a two-point lap belt (Br3, Br4m, Br4Nm) for use with rearward facing child restraints for M3 as is already the case for M2 vehicles.
