Proposal to insert new introduction paragraphs and amend multiple sections for Supplement 6: - Insert new introduction paragraphs defining Supplement 6’s scope for vehicles of category X and Y and vehicles with Automated driving System

- Specify exemptions for remote-control manoeuvring, remote-control parking, vehicles of categories X and Y, and activated ADSF-2 with authorized registered digital key
