Proposal from GRE to introduce transitional provisions for the phasing out of UN R119 in conjunction with the introduction of the new UN Regulation on Road Illumination Devices (RID).
This proposal (WP.29/2018/118/Rev.1) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 52 applying UN R119 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-six voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
