Proposal to align UN R94 with the draft amendment to add camera-monitor systems to UN R46 (i.e., document WP.29/2015/84). Under UN R94, the measurement for the 40% overlap between the vehicle and crash barrier excludes external rear-view mirrors. This proposal would extend the same treatment where the mirror has been replaced by an exterior camera.
