Cambodia acceded to the 1958 Agreement on 3 February 2026, effective from 4 April 2026. In accordance with Article 1, Paragraph 5 concerning the application of UN regulations, Cambodia declared that it shall not be bound by any UN Regulation until such time as it provides further notification.
