Proposal to - exempt cases where the driver has temporarily deactivated the speed limiter from the warning requirement for excess speed in in order to reduce driver distraction
- introduce throttle control via adjustment of the accelerator pedal position
- to correct an editorial error in paras. 5.2.5.4.2. and 21.2.5.4.2.
