Revised proposal by the Informal Working Group on Periodical Technical Inspections based upon the proposal (document WP.29/2013/132/Rev.1) submitted by the Russian Federation and the International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA) to harmonize the provisions of Rule No. 1 with those of the latest Regulations annexed to the 1958 Agreement and the European Union (EU) Directives.
