A visa is required to enter Russia and the visa application requires an official invitation obtained through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the sponsoring organization. This document asks for the required information in order for the sponsor to arrange for the necessary approvals in order for participants to obtain their visas through their local Russian embassy or consulate. Note: It is important to provide this information as soon as possible to ensure smooth delivery of the visa.
