Proposal to replace the current variety of test mixtures used to simulate dirt during the testing of lamps with a single uniform mixture. In addition, the proposal would replace the term “beech wood” with the phrase “produced from beech wood” to improve clarity. The proposal would also simplify the measurement of the objective luminous flux of light emitting diode (LED) module(s) and correct the ultraviolet (UV) table in the regulation.
