Progress report on the revision to the 1958 Agreement to enable the International Whole Vehicle Type Approval system.

This informal document builds on informal document WP.29-159-19 (submitted by the Chair of IWVTA to WP.29 in March 2013), and complements working document WP.29/2013/134 submitted for consideration at the WP.29 November 2013 session.

It provides an update of the progress achieved within the IWVTA informal group since the submission of document WP.29/2013/134. As a result of this progress, the majority of outstanding issues have been resolved, leaving only a few issues which need further fine-tuning by the IWVTA sub-group on the review of the 1958 Agreement.
