GRB-56-04 | Proposal for draft amendments to the 04 series of the Regulation No.41 This proposal aligns Annex 3, paragraph 2.3.2. with the latest amendment to ISO 5130:2012. The purpose of the amendment is to require the use of test surfaces with "no appreciable level of porosity".
GRB-56-08 | Draft IMMA position regarding ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRB/2012/5 Comments from the IMMA in response to the Russian proposal to re-define the use of terms "sound" and "noise" in the motorcycle noise regulation.

3. Regulation No. 51 (Noise of M and N categories of vehicles)
3. (a) Development
GRB-56-12 | Proposal for amendments to the proposal for the 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 51 Document GRB/2012/08 from OICA proposes a text for the 03 series of amendments to UN R51 intended to consolidate the GRB discussions as of the 55th session. The Netherlands proposes further improvements in order to incorporate the latest relevant ISO standards and to simplify the communication.
GRB-57-13 | Proposal of amendments to document GRB/2013/4 Proposal of two options for inserting provisions on tire dimensions into the amendment proposed in document GRB/2013/4 to revise the Annex 3 test procedures and interpretation of resulting data.
GRB-57-17 | Proposal for amendments to add Transitional Provisions to Regulation No. 51.03 The transitional provisions in GRB/2012/08 are not in line with the latest UN Guidelines on Transitional Provisions. This proposal updates the transitional provisions and adds two amendments specifically applicable for UN Regulation No. 51.
GRB-57-20 | Proposal for amendments to UN Regulation No. 51.02 Text prepared by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) in order to incorporate the latest stage of relevant ISO standards in UN Regulation No. 51, Revision 2.
GRB/2012/8 | Proposal for the 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 51 Consolidated version of the proposed 03 series of amendments to UN R51, including OICA remarks on updating references to Annex 9 and concerning the Annex 2 qualification of the vehicle to be tested in each instance.
GRB/2012/16 | Proposal for Supplement 8 to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 51 Proposal from the Netherlands to update the requirements of the noise test track from ISO 10844:1994 to ISO 10844:2011, including provisions for the repaving of non-compliant tracks. The proposal offers two alternatives: reference to ISO 10844:2011 or reproducing the whole text of the standard.

GRB-55-01 | Japanese Position on new limit values for 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 51 Table offering the Japanese position on new limit values for 03 series of amendments to Regulation No.51. The limit values are based on the TNO assessment study and German proposal with sub-categories proposed by Japan based upon a database of noise levels of Japanese vehicles.
