79. The representative of France recalled that GRVA raised the question at its previous session whether vehicles of categories L6 and L7 should be reviewed in the context of the FADS work. The representative of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland suggested two solutions, either preform the review of UN Regulation No. 78, or incorporate these categories in the scope of UN Regulation No. 13-H. The representative of Denmark recalled in a similar context the proposal from the World Bicycle Industry Association proposed to add Anti-lock Braking System provisions for pedelecs. GRVA agreed to resume consideration of this question at its next session.
