111. The seventy-fourth session of the Executive Committee (AC.3) was held on 12 November 2025 and chaired by the vice chair of A.C.3 from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The representatives of 13 of the 26 contracting parties to the agreement attended: Australia, Canada, China, EU (represented by EC and representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands (Kingdom of the), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden), India, Japan, Norway, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, San Marino, Türkiye, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America.
