GRRF-edited version of the GRB amendments to document WP.29/2012/54 – Proposal for Supplement 2 to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 117 (Tyres – Rolling resistance, rolling noise and wet grip).

Document WP.29/2012/54 is the GRRF proposal for Supplement 2 to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 117 in order to add specific performance requirements for C2 snow tires. The GRB has subsequently revised the proposal with regard to its noise provisions.
