Text adopted by the GRSP to correct the text for electric vehicles in UN R94, replacing the word “power train” with “occupants” in the referenced rules, ‘registration’ with ‘approval’ in transition provisions in accordance with WP.29 guidelines, and correcting use of the acronym “RESS” to “REESS”.

Proposal by the secretariat to incorporate into Supplement 4 to the 01 series of amendments to the Regulation two new paragraphs for transitional provisions that were adopted by the World Forum at its 155th session in November 2011, but inadvertently omitted from the final text.
