2. The Vice-Chair of WP.29, Mr. T. Naono (Japan) welcomed the participants to the 194th session of WP.29 and opened the meeting. He informed that he will be chairing this session of WP.29 as the Chair of WP.29, Mr. A. Erario (Italy) was not able to attend due to medical reasons. He wished that Mr. Erario was recovering well.
