GRSP noted that WP.29 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1161, para. 154) was expecting a review by GRs of a proposal for a framework document on vehicle whole-life compliance (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2021/148), which should be finalized before the WP.29 March 2022 session. GRSP endorsed the framework without amendment (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2021/148).
