The IWG Chair, on behalf of the co-sponsors (Japan, Republic of Korea, United States of America and European Union and the) informed GRSP about the work progress of IWG on Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicles (HFCV) on UN GTR No. 13, Phase 2 by referring to GRSP-70-35. GRSP noted that IWG requested an extension of the mandate until December 2022. GRSP endorsed the IWG request to seek endorsement by AC.3 at its March 2022 session.
