2. Annex 3, Paragraph 1.5. to clarify that no determination of the wind speed is needed for indoor testing
3. Annex 3, Paragraph 2.1.3. to clarify and differentiate between indoor and outdoor testing
4. Annex 3, Paragraph 2.1.3.1.2. to clarify the temperature range for indoor facilities.
5. Annex 3, Paragraph 2.1.3.2.2. to clarify the temperature range for outdoor facilities.
