EMC task force consolidated draft text for the 06 series of amendments to the UN Regulation on electromagnetic compatibility. (Revision 11)

Updated EMC task force draft of the formal proposal GRE/2018/43 submitted to the October 2018 session of GRB. GRE/2018/43 proposes to align UN R10 with the vehicle narrow-band limit and the latest set-ups (artificial networks, harness location, Z-folding, …) for vehicles in charging mode under the International Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR) 12 Standard. The proposal also introduces additional details for vehicle in charging mode operating conditions (alternative or direct current charging).

Corrections to the proposal to:

• clarify definition of OTS
• update failure criteria for vehicle in charging mode in Annexes 6, 15 and 16
• update figures for ESA immunity test in annex 9
