Proposal to align UN R94 with the revised EU General Safety Regulation (expanding the scope to cover vehicles of category M₁ with a total permissible mass not exceeding 3500 kg and to vehicles of category N₁ with a total permissible mass not exceeding 2500 kg) and to make minor adaptations and clarifications to the existing requirements.
