Proposal under preparation by the Task Force on Substitutes/Retrofits (TF S/R) to introduce a new light emitting diode (LED) substitute light source category PY21W/LED. This proposal is based on document GRE/2017/3 and takes into account proposals in documents WP29/2018/32 and WP29/2018/33.
