3. (a) UN Global Technical Regulation No. 9 (Pedestrian safety): Proposal for Amendment 2 (Phase 2)

GRSP may resume discussion on the final report of the IWG (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2018/3) and on the consolidated text of draft Amendment 2 to UN GTR No. 9 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2018/2), incorporating: (a) the flexible pedestrian legform impactor (FlexPLI), (b) the new bumper test area and (c) the removal of the study reservation on the Injury Assessment Values (IARVs).
