Proposal for amendment to Regulation No. 117-02

Reference Number: GRRF-72-13

ETRTO proposals to align the definitions in UN R30, R54 and R117 (documents GRRF/2011/13 and 14) raised comments from France (document GRRF-71-31). This document offers a basic “snow tyre” definition/markings plus a more precise definition/markings for tyres used in severe snow conditions.

Proposal for amendment to Regulation No. 54
