The secretariat introduced GRPE-69-05, announcing that the next GRPE session would take place on 13-15 January 2015 and recalling that the deadline for the submission of official documents is 17 October 2014. These dates may be reconfirmed by the secretariat. The chairs and secretaries of informal working groups were invited to approach the secretariat to define the calendar of meetings of informal working groups for the January 2015 GRPE session.
