Michael Olechiw, Chair of the informal working group, welcomed participants. The leadership group introduced themselves. There were approximately 35 participants in the room and 5 participants on conference call, representing Contracting Parties, vehicle manufacturers and industry organizations from around the world. The Agenda for the meeting (EVE-04-02e) was reviewed and no changes were made.
