The European Commission did not receive document WP.29-158-07 in time to arrange for internal approvals; therefore, the EC cannot vote on this correction. This document deletes a redundant paragraph and a paragraph from the meeting report mistakenly copied into the draft text. These are not critical corrections and so the documents WP.29/2012/73 and its Corrigendum 1 will be voted and the editorial mistakes corrected at the March WP.29 session.

46. Under agenda item 4.7.12, UN Regulation No. 48, document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2012/73, page 3, paragraph 6.21.4.2.1., delete the sentence in brackets; paragraph 6.21.4.2.2.1., first line, delete “excluding the cab,”. WP.29 requested the secretariat to distribute WP.29-158-07 with an official symbol for detailed consideration (as a corrigendum) at its next session.
