2. Definition of the samples based on car/model (material of plastic glazing, thick-ness of plastic glazing, different coating systems if available)
3. Definition of on-road test (incl. test car, track, duration of test, mileage, wiper cy-cles …)
- OEM will be responsible for allocation of vehicles and test performance, suppli-ers could be responsible for allocation of plastic wind screens
- to reduce costs new tool design for plastic windscreens should be avoided, use of available tools and cars recommend
- Currently open tasks:
- o Overview of planned tests and preparation of check list for on-road tests
- o Coordination of timeline for SG1 with SG2
4.1. Outcome of the Subgroup 1

Dr. Pfeifer presented the document above about the results of the telephone meeting held by the SG1.
Dr. Pfeifer informed the experts that he expected a fleet of 6 to 7 vehicles, to be driven by companies’ collaborators, to take part to the research.
4.2. Outcome of the Subgroup 2

Mr. Terragni presented the timeline of the SG2, per the document IGPG-TF wiper-SG2-01-03.
Conclusion: the group agreed to discuss in depth the Taber test in order to have a clear view of the necessity to invest in manpower and money into the wiper test.
