Document GRE/2012/29 proposes to clarify the requirements for the mandatory manual override of the automatic/adaptive driving beam (ADB) function. While agreeing with the sub-menu prohibition, OICA proposes to delete the prohibition on “multi-step operations” so as not to restrict future designs.
