Proposal to:

• Delete entries for annexes 9A, 9B, 9E (including its appendix 1) and 9F from the table of contents and treat as reserved,
• Insert new para. 0.2. describing the supplement’s purpose to streamline contents by eliminating redundant requirements and test procedures,
• Delete and replace paras. 6.2. to 6.3.2.2., 6.5. to 6.5.3.1., 6.10. to 6.10.2.3., and 6.14. to 6.14.2. with reserved status,
• Add new sentences to paras. 6.6.2.2., 6.7.2.2., 6.8.2.2. and 6.9.2.2. making isolation resistance measurement not required if REESS is equipped with isolation resistance monitoring system,
• Amend para. 6.12.3. to clarify requirements for REESS other than open-type traction battery,
• Replace “function of characteristic” by “function or characteristic” in para. 6.15.3.1.,
• Add new sentence to Annex 9 appendix 2 para. 1. allowing SOC adjustment at different ambient temperature,
• Delete annexes 9A, 9B, 9E and treat as reserved,
• Amend Annex 9F para. 3.3. heading and delete first paragraph,
• Amend Annex 9G para. 3.1. (b) and delete sub-paragraphs,
• Amend Annex 9H paras. 3.2.1. through 3.2.4. (c),
• Delete Annex 9J and treat as reserved.
