The proposal replaces the complete UN Regulation text due to the number of changes required, incorporating text merged from Supplements 1 to 6 into the original text, with tracked changes and comments marking modifications outside the direct scope of the SIG-C&STU typical for clarity, corrections or consistency items which shall not affect stringency.
