This paper provides additional information and justification regarding document GRE/2026/19, introducing four new LED replacement light source categories: H9_LEDr, HIR2_LEDr, HB3_LEDr, and H10_LEDr. All proposals were developed considering equivalence criteria including photometric, thermal, and electrical performance. H9_LEDr, HIR2_LEDr, and HB3_LEDr address high beam applications, while H10_LEDr completes the front fog applications set. The H9_LEDr proposal specifies a single luminous flux of 1875 lm at 13.2V to accommodate both high-beam-only and bi-functional applications.
