Proposal to amend para. 5.3.3.2. to clarify steering performance requirements in case of control transmission failure and amend para. 6.1.1. to permit testing outside the specified ambient temperature range of 0 °C to 45 °C at the manufacturer’s request and with Technical Service agreement, provided performance requirements are still met.
